Design optimisation of a quartz glass roller used in an infra-red polymer bonding process to prevent failures      observed during prototype testing

AUTOMOTIVE
Design of a new lightweight HGV trailer chassis
Modal and forced vibration analysis of passenger vehicle exhaust systems including design of exhaust system      mounting arrangements to minimise vehicle NVH and durable exhaust downpipe bracing arrangements

AEROSPACE
Structural integrity assessment of mobile aeroengine test frame under engine thrust, torque and wind loads
Structural analysis of novel alternative cellular designs of aircraft fuselage

OFFSHORE
Preparation of the structural integrity safety case covering re-rating of offshore platform discharge coolers
Structural integrity assessment of offshore skid mounted pressure vessels subject to excessive piping loads

POWER
Structural integrity assessment of pressure vessels to be used for the safe long term storage of nuclear      submarine waste products
Seismic hazard assessment of shell & tube heat exchangers prior to installation at a UK nuclear power station

PROCESS
Modal analysis of refinery gasoline booster pumps to determine the effectiveness of alternative pump design      structures at modifications in reducing the potential for resonance of the above-ground pump normal running      speeds
Structural integrity assessment of refinery FCC reactor and regenerator vessel components under pressure, dead      weight and thermal loads
